Food brings people together, and that's exactly what our goal is. All of us over at Meat Street USA want to develop a community that connects all of us that love BBQ and cooking altogether.

We will always strive to bring you creative, mouthwatering, delicious recipes that will be a topic of conversation with your family and friends.

Our Story

Meat Street started in New York and is family owned and operated. Shane always had a passion for cooking and really jumped into the BBQ scene after visiting Central Texas. The inspiration and passion for BBQ and smoked food came from there, which eventually led to him developing his own techniques along the way.

At a very young age Shane learned about flavors, spices, and how combining them to enhance foods. The knowledge inspired by his mother allowed him to develop a palate of his own over time. Over time those flavors have been brought into his kitchen where he enjoys cooking with his wife and two daughters, as his pup is on standby for a taste.

Shane not only serves up his guests and family, but also serves as a Detective for the NYPD. Meat Street is proudly LEO owned and operated and supports first responders and military.
