
Sticky Asian Chicken Wings

Here's a banger for your tailgate or get together. Think your favorite Chinese chicken in handheld party form. And to top the whole thing off with some spicy mayo? It's sweet, it's spicy, it's time for you to get with it and cook this dang dish.
Ingredients:
- 5lbs chicken wing sections
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce (I used Kinders)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup siracha
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- favorite bbq seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps:
- In a bowl combine mayo, siracha, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine chicken wings with your favorite seasoning and teriyaki sauce.
- Place Blackstone on high heat and add your wings to it. Flip to char all sides.
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Toss in your favorite teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Drizzle spicy mayo on top and save some for dipping.
