S'mores Egg Rolls

S'mores Egg Rolls

By now you know I'm an egg roll fanatic and love making them. They are truly so versatile (this is a common theme of mine). I just think foods that can be spun in so many ways are fun to make and should be made!

This year's Great Griddle off from Blackstone featured a damping category- and nothing says camping like s'mores. So why not twist it up and throw them into a delicious handheld dish that is both fun and delicious?

Ingredients:

2 bars Hershey chocolate

1 bag of marshmallows

1 pack of graham crackers crushed

10 egg roll wrappers

Steps:

  1. Start out by making your eggs rolls. Place chocolate on bottom followed by 2-3 marshmallows on top (this will vary depending on the size of your egg roll)
  2. Once your egg roll is sealed up- dip entire thing in water or oil and toss in your graham cracker dust. Freeze for 1 hour
  3. Once frozen- start up your griddle and lay down oil. Place egg rolls in oil and turn frequently to avoid marshmallow from melting through creases and burning the wrapper.
  4. Serve and drizzle with chocolate, optional whipped cream.
