Griddled Peach Cobbler

Griddled Peach Cobbler

Dessert has entered the chat!

Alright so yes I'm definitely a 'Meat' person, but truth be told I started my cooking journey in baking. My uncle loved this triple chocolate cake with marshmallow frosting that I used to make. I dabbled in the kitchen with your basics, but that's where I really shined- baking.

Alright you're here for the recipe- not the stories. So here it is and enjoy!

Griddled Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 6 Old fashioned doughnuts
  • 1 large can sliced peaches in lite syrup
  • caramel sauce
  • vanilla ice cream (or your choice)

Steps:

  1. Go on and fire up that Blackstone (in my best Butch Voice)
  2. Melt some butter or use Country Crock Drizzle and Sizzle
  3. Add your peaches and allow them to cook and caramelize in the syrup and butter
  4. Move the peaches to a low burner, add more butter to a hot side and toast your doughnuts
  5. Once the doughnuts have a good toast on them, plate them with the doughnut on the bottom, peaches, ice cream and finish off with some caramel sauce. Serve hot and enjoy

Let me know what you think of the recipe!
