Crispy wings tossed in a sweet-heat, creamy Bang Bang sauce that hits every time.
🛒 Ingredients
Wings
- 5lbs chicken wings (party or whole, split)
- 3 TBSP Cornstarch (for the crisp)
- seasoning to taste ( you know I used Cluck Dust)
Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1½ tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
🔪 Prep
- Pat wings dry (this is non-negotiable for crispiness).
- Toss wings with oil, Cornstarch, and all seasonings until evenly coated.
- Let them sit at room temp for ~10 minutes while the air fryer heats.
🍗 Blackstone Air Fryer Cook
- Preheat Blackstone Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Place wings in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
- Cook 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For extra crisp: crank to 425°F for the last 3–5 minutes.
